Stuffed Peppers Recipe
Ingredients:
- Pepper - 12-13 units.
- Parboiled rice - 1.5 Art.
- Mince (lamb + beef) - 400 gr
- Small tomatoes - 5 pcs.
- Carrot - 1 pc.
- Onion - 2 pcs.
- Krasnodar sauce
- Herbs: cilantro, basil, dill
- Butter - 50 g
- vegetable oil
- Salt, hot pepper
Preparation:
1 Finely chop the onions, tomatoes and herbs. Grate the carrots.2 Peppers clear from the stalk, mix ground beef, chopped vegetables and herbs, add finely chopped butter, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons sauce Krasnodar.
3 Firmly stuff the peppers are peeled, put them in filling up the cauldron, or a convenient pan with a thick bottom, put between a pair of leaves of laurel, cover peppers leaves black currant or grape.
