Berry Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of berries;
- Sugar 6 tbsp .;
- Natural yogurt 1 cup;
- Lemon juice 1/2 piece;
- Fatty cream 1/4 package;
- Cinnamon pinch;
Preparation:
Preparation time - 10 minutesFreezing time - 12 hours
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Pour the mixture into the tray.
Take away in the freezer for about 2 hours.
After 2 hours, remove, the mixture must be frozen on the sides and in the middle begin to stiffen.
Resubmit the mixture into a blender and then in the tray and in the freezer.
Can repeat this manipulation 2 times (every 2 hours). Then leave the ice cream in the freezer overnight.
30 minutes before the filing rearrange ice cream from the freezer to the refrigerator.
The next morning, the ice cream is ready!
