Mushroom Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients:
- 250 g sliced mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- pinch of salt
- 1 large egg
- 50 g flour
- oil for frying
How to cook:
In skillet, heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the onion in it until golden brown. Add the finely chopped garlic, salt and dill. At the end, add the mushrooms. Put the cap on the pan, lower the heat and leave to stew until the mushrooms will not let the juice.Then remove the cover and cook until the liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat, cool for about 10 minutes.
Add the egg and mix. Add flour and knead the dough.
In a frying pan fry small pancakes with olive oil on both sides until golden brown.
