Grilled Salmon On Skewers Recipe

Ingredients:
- 8 skewers
- 900 g salmon cut into pieces
- 3-4 lemons
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups of yogurt
- 1 cucumber, finely chopped
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3 cloves of garlic, squeeze
- 2 tablespoons dill
- salt and pepper
How to cook:
Soak the skewers in water for at least an hour. Heat the grill to medium heat.Place the salmon, alternating it with lemon (on each skewer 5-6 pieces).
Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Squeeze half a lemon on top. Put the skewers on the grill and cook for 3 minutes until cooked salmon. Remove the skewers from the grill and wait for about 5 minutes (the fish still continues to prepare).
Serve with sauce and lemon.
For the sauce, grate the cucumber grated and mixed with other ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.
