Chicken Jambalaya Recipe
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast - 1 pc.
- Bell peppers (red and green) - 2.1 units. and 2.1 pc.
- Salt - 3 g
- Rice - 130 g
- Chile - 2.1 pc.
- Pepper (ground) - 8 g
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 5 g
- Olive oil - 20 g
- Tomatoes (canned in Juice) - 1 piece.
- Carrot - 1 pc.
- Green peas (canned) - 15 g
How to cook:
1 Prepare the ingredients.2 onions, finely chopped or crushed in a blender.
Grind in a blender 3 garlic. Cut carrots. You can resort to the help of a food processor.
4 diced bell pepper.
5 grind in a blender chili.
6 chicken cut into cubes.
7 in a pan with olive oil put chopped onion and garlic.
8 Stirring constantly, sauté until evaporation of the liquid.
9 Add peppers and carrots.
10 Add chicken, stir and fry lightly.
11 Add the rice.
12 Cover with water. The water should cover the rice by 1 cm.
13 Add green peas.
14 Add salt and paprika.
15 Cover and at a high temperature cook until ready. Then simmer on low heat for another 15 minutes.
16 Carefully shift the plate.
17 Decorate with pieces of canned tomatoes and sprinkle with paprika.
18 Jambalaya ready.
