Fish Casserole Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • Eggs - 3 
  • Saira or pink salmon - 1 
  • Potatoes - 3-4 pcs. 
  • Onion - 1 
  • Sour cream - 250 m.l. 
  • Mayonnaise - 250 m.l. 

How to cook: 

Mix the eggs, sour cream and mayonnaise.
Put the remaining components in layers in baking dish:
1 potato, cut into slices;
2 onions, sliced ​​into half rings;
3 pulverized canned fish.
Fill all layers with a mixture of mayonnaise, sour cream and eggs. If you wish, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in the oven (or microwave with a "grill" or "convection") until cooked potatoes
