Ingredients:
- Eggplant 2 pieces;
- Boiled egg 3 pieces;
- Grated Parmesan 100 g;
- Cheese or mozzarella 200 g;
- Tomato peeled sliced 800 g;
- Sugar 1 tsp .;

- Salt to taste;
