Roasted Tomatoes With Cheese Batter Recipe
Ingredients:
- Tomatoes - 4 pcs.
- Dried ground paprika
- Garlic powder or fresh
- Cheese - 150 g
- Mayonnaise or sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Salt, black or red pepper - to taste
How to cook:
1. Wash tomatoes, dipped for a few seconds in boiling water, remove the skin. Cut into slices, sprinkle with paprika, garlic, black or red pepper to your discretion.2. Make the batter. Beat 2 eggs, mix with 2 tablespoons of sour cream or mayonnaise, add grated cheese, all again mix thoroughly. Optionally, you can add salt batter.
3. Pour a little oil, wait to get it well warmed. Next tomatoes dipped in batter and place in a pan with a spoon or blade.
4. Fry the tomatoes until golden brown.
