Ingredients: 

  • 500 grams of minced chicken

  • 4.1 cups of sake
  • 4.1 cups of water
  • 2 tbsp. L. sugar
  • 2 pen green onions


Preparation:

If you are preparing the sauce Yakitori manually:

1 Mix all the liquid ingredients in a gravy boat.

2 Add the white part of onions and sugar.
