Ingredients:
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
- Honey - 3 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp
- Chicken - 4 pieces
- sesame
- chives
Preparation:
1 Finely chop the garlic (2 cloves).2. often mix the soy sauce (3 tablespoons), honey (3 tablespoons) and sesame oil (1 tsp). If you do not have sesame oil, add a couple of teaspoons tablespoons of olive oil, but the taste certainly is not as east. This quantity is enough for 4-5 pieces of chicken.
3 Mix the ingredients and add the chicken. Marinade should be thick to coat the chicken. To do this, adjust the amount of honey. I used drumsticks, but also well suited and wings and thighs.
4 Give the bird marinated at least 40 minutes, stir occasionally. Shots then baking foil (mirror up). Lay the chicken pieces at a distance from each other. Pour the sauce on top of the remains. If you want to get a beautiful, almost black areas - drip a few drops of honey on top and smudge spoon.
5 Bake at 220 degrees about an hour. There are only two ways to check the exact willingness Chicken: thermal probe (but it is more suitable for a whole chicken) or a small incision. That is, after 50 minutes, just make a cut to the bone and see if the meat is no longer pink - so ready.
6 cook chicken, sprinkle sesame seeds and finely chopped onions. Garnish here fits either, but you can do without it, such as cakes or soft bread.
