Preparation: 

Sauce is made in a stone mortar, but blender can perfectly replace it. In a bowl pour the olive oil, basil, garlic, pine nuts and grated Parmesan. All should be well grind to a homogeneous dough. Consistency, see for yourself and adjust the ingredients.
