Ingredients:
- Garlic - 3-4 cloves
- Basil - 1 bunch
- Pine nuts - 40 gr.
- Olive Oil - 100 ml.
- Parmesan - 70 gr.
- Sea Salt - a pinch
Preparation:
Sauce is made in a stone mortar, but blender can perfectly replace it. In a bowl pour the olive oil, basil, garlic, pine nuts and grated Parmesan. All should be well grind to a homogeneous dough. Consistency, see for yourself and adjust the ingredients.Therefore, do not throw everything at once. Use the pesto with pasta or as a marinade for meat and fish, to the sandwich. The taste should be spicy, tangy with hints of garlic and basil.
