Ingredients:
- 500 g fresh mushrooms.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- 1 onion medium size.
- 1/2 red bell peppers, and cut into cubes
- For the marinade:
- 1 p. water
- Bay leaf - 1,
- black pepper - 5 grains
- dried marjoram.
- Vinegar 9% - 80 ml.
- Salt - 1.5 hours. Liter. and sugar - 1 tbsp. spoon.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation :
Mushrooms need to clean and wipe with a damp cloth.Then quickly, within 5 minutes to boil in a little salted water.
Cooked mushrooms drain.
Prepare the marinade.
1 L water to a boil with the bay leaf, black pepper and marjoram. Boil literally 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vinegar and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mushrooms can be cut in half if they are large, but the best - small mushrooms, whole. Put them in a deep bowl ceramic top pour pepper cubes, chopped onion and garlic. Pour the hot marinade, cover and leave cools. Once they have cooled down - send in the fridge - 12 hours mushrooms ready.
