Ingredients:
- fillet is not oily fish (cod I) 600-700 c.
- Tomato 1 piece.
- 3-4 tablespoons sour cream
- 3-4 garlic Teeth.
- fresh herbs to taste (I added dill)
- salt and pepper
- hard cheese 50-70 gr.
Preparation:
Fish cut into pieces not larger, salt and pepper. Put the fish in a baking dish. Sprinkle with finely chopped garlic. Lubricate top with sour cream. Tomato thinly slice into half rings, put the next layer. Season with salt. Finely chopped fresh herbs, cheese grate. Cheese mixed with fresh herbs and sprinkle on top. This is the final layer.Bake in the oven at 200 degrees about 30 minutes
