Ingredients:
for the dough:- 200 g flour
- 200 grams of cottage cheese,
- 4 egg yolks,
- 80 g of sugar,
- 4.1 tsp salt.
- 200 g cherries,
- 3-4 apples,
- 120 g of sugar,
- 40 grams of cognac,
- butter for frying
- cinnamon to taste.
Preparation:
1 For the dough combine all the ingredients, mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove pits from cherries and let stand for a while, so they let the juice.2 Apple peel and core, cut into cubes and lightly fry in a frying pan, add the cinnamon and brandy. Then combine with cherries and add sugar.
3 Roll out the dough on parchment paper with a thin layer, then put the stuffing on it and smooth it. Dough stuffed with a roll to roll and place in preheated 180 degree oven.
