Ingredients: 

dough: 
  • Flour - 250 g 
  • Sour cream - 1 tbsp 
  • Butter - 90 g 
  • Eggs - 1 pc. 
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp 
filling: 
  • Potatoes (large) - 3 pcs. 
  • Chicken - 300 g 
  • Onion - 1 pc. 
  • Salt - a pinch 
Filling: 
  • Eggs - 2 pcs. 
  • Sour cream - 50 g 
  • Milk - 50 ml 
  • Salt - a pinch 
  • Red pepper (ground) - a pinch 
  • Nutmeg - 0.25 tsp 
  • Herbs - 1 tbsp

Preparation: 

1) For the dough flour chop with a chilled (but not too hard) with oil.
2) Make a depression in the flour. Add the egg, sour cream, salt. Knead the dough is elastic.
3) Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4) For the filling boil peeled potatoes and meat.
5) Cut the potatoes into cubes and the meat into small pieces.
6) Onions clean, chop finely and fry in a drop of vegetable oil until golden brown.
7) Mix the salt, potatoes, meat and onions.
8) For the filling whisk eggs, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg and parsley.
9) Lubricate the form of oil, lay a parchment paper. Distribute it in the dough, making the high boards.
10) Put the dough on the filling. Add on top of the fill.
11) Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Readiness test to determine the wooden skewer.
