Ingredients: 

For the dough: 
  • 60 gr. flour 
  • 1 egg 
  • 140 ml. buttermilk 
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter 
  • 1 pinch of salt 
For the filling: 
  • 200 gr. dried apricots 
  • 200 gr. prunes 
  • 200 gr. dried figs 
  • 1 vanilla pod 
  • 1 pinch of almond 
  • 1 tablespoon of natural yogurt 
  • 1 tsp honey 

How to cook: 

1 Mix the flour, egg, buttermilk, butter and salt - knead the batter and set it aside.
2 Put the dried fruit and vanilla bean in a saucepan with water. Boil for 5 minutes.
3 Cook the pancakes in a frying pan, turning them over when ready.
4 Before serving, turn pancakes letter envelopes, put the filling of dried fruit inside. Decorate the dish with a spoon of yogurt, honey and almond flakes.
