Ingredients:
- Mushrooms - 250 g
- Small new potatoes - 600 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp. L.
- Curry paste - 1 tbsp. L.
- -150 G of frozen peas
- Coconut milk - 100 ml
- Water - 250 ml
- salt
- greenery
How to cook:
1 Mushrooms and potatoes washed, cleaned and cut into four pieces.2 Heat the pan with oil, put the curry paste and mushrooms, saute for 5 minutes.
3 Add the potatoes, salt, pour a glass of water, bring to a boil and cook, covered, for 15 minutes on low heat.
4 Add peas (it must first be thawed, I did it in the microwave) and cook for another 10 minutes.
5 Two minutes until cooked add the coconut milk and fresh herbs. Check for salt.
6 Casserole is ready!
