Ingredients: 

  • 3 large tortillas (tortillas) 
  • 4.1 cups of hot sauce 
  • Half of a red bell pepper 
  • Half green bell pepper 
  • 1 jalapeno pepper 
  • Quarter cup of breadcrumbs 
  • 200 grated cheddar 
  • 225 g cream cheese 

How to cook: 

Heat oven to 175 degrees. Cover the baking tray with baking paper.
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, biscuits and gravy. Stir with a fork until all the cheese softens. Add the chopped pepper and mix until smooth.
Apply an even layer of the cheese mixture on each pancake, spread between cheese (about 1/3 cup). Twist the cake into a roll and cut into small pieces.
Place on baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes in the oven and an additional 3 minutes under the broiler.
Serve with salsa or sour cream.
