Ingredients: 

  • Olive Oil - 100 ml 
  • Wheat flour - 500 g 
  • Salt - ½ tsp 
  • Fast-acting dry yeast - 5 g 
  • Hard cheese (Parmesan, Gruyere, Pecorino) - 220 g 
  • Cherry tomatoes - 300 g 
  • Bacon - 100 g 
  • Sweet red pepper (paprika) - 1 piece. 

How to cook:

Measure out 300 ml of warm water, add 30-40 ml of olive oil.
In a large bowl sift the flour, add salt and yeast. Make a well and pour in a mixture of water and oil.
Knead a soft elastic dough, cover with foil and put in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
After lifting, when the dough is doubled, it must be exchanged, and then the cake can be formed pizza.
Divide the dough in half (of the total number of turns two round pizza with a diameter of 30-35 cm). Ready-made pizza with tomatoes and bacon cut triangular pieces and eat while it's hot.
