Ingredients:
- 1 egg;
- 100 ml of boiled milk;
- 40 g sugar;
- 5 g vanilla sugar;
- 5 g baking powder;
- 120 g of flour.
How to cook:
Beat the eggs, add milk, add sugar and vanilla sugar.Beat until smooth.
Add flour and baking powder.
Again beat well until smooth.
Form a pancake with a spoon and cook on low heat (I grilled without oil, got a great smooth texture).
Flip the pancake after the appearance of bubbles and fry on each side for about a minute.
