Ingredients:
- Flour 300 g
- Butter 300 g
- Lemon 1 piece.

- Sugar 370g
- Apple 700 g
- Cinnamon 1 h. Liter.
- Milk 3 tbsp. L.
- Vanilla pudding mix for 150 g
- Raisins 40 g
Preparation:
Knead the dough, combine the flour, butter, sugar, lemon zest and eggs. Put in a cool place for an hour.Lay out the dough into a mold for baking, pre thinly rolled out two-thirds of its parts. Pierce the dough with a fork.
