Ingredients:
- perch,
- 2 tomatoes,
- 2 lemons,
- salt
- red and black pepper,
- 2 tbsp. spoon of mustard,
- 1-2 onion.
How to cook:
1. The fish is cleaned, washed well, make an incision. All fish with pepper and rub with salt. Leave for 10 minutes.2. Next to each incision put a slice of lemon and tomato. With pre-cut the lemon peel, it gives a strong bitterness.
3. Spread the fish on a sheet of foil and grease prepared sauce (juice of half a lemon + mustard).
4. Put the onions on top.
5. Wrap the fish in foil and send in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. Bake 30 minutes walleye.
