Turkey, Bacon and Avocado Panini Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 Ciabatta Sandwich Roll
- 2 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 medium tomato, sliced
- 5 thin slices of Turkey
- 3 slices bacon, cut in half and cooked {for a total of 6 pieces}
- 1/4 avocado, mashed
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. salted butter
Directions:
- Cut your Sandwich Roll in half If it's not cut already, .
- On first half, layer the cheese, one tomato slices, the turkey, and bacon.
- On the other part of bread, spread the mashed avocado and sprinkle with salt.
- Press the two halves of bread together and then butter each side with half tea-spoon of butter.
- Cook in a frying pan on medium/low heat ,
- until both sides are lightly browned and cheese is melted.
