Ingredients:
- Mackerel - 700 g
- Olive oil- 50-70 ml
- Pickled (or salted) mushrooms - 250 g
- Tomato paste (or tomatoes in juice) - 3 tbsp
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. In a deep frying pan warm up butter, add the mushrooms (I took a pickle, but do not merge the marinade) and tomato paste, salt and pepper.
