Ingredients:
- Cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Yoghurt - 500 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- White wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Dill - 20 g
- Olives - to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
Preparation:
1. Wash the cucumber and rub on a small grater. To the sauce will be too liquid, be sure to drain the excess juice.
2. Garlic Peel and finely chop.
3. Dill wash, dry and finely chop. Mix with cucumber and garlic. Add the yogurt, olive oil and wine vinegar, mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Before serving, garnish with olives and refrigerate.
