Ingredients:
- 500g white fish
- 1/2 cup white wine
- capers 1 tbsp. l.
- olives 12 pcs.
- olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
- parsley (chopped) 2 tbsp. l.
- tomatoes 4 pieces.
- salt and pepper to taste
- Spaghetti 500 g
- 2 cloves of garlic

Preparation:
This recipe comes from Rome. Very tasty combination of typical Mediterranean products! The most important thing here - gently mix the sauce to the fish pieces remained intact. Cut the tomatoes into cubes by small.Crush the olives. You can also cut them into 2 halves.
Clear fish from the bones and skin.
Finely chopped parsley.
Over medium heat, heat the oil and fry for 2 minutes, finely chopped garlic.

Season with salt and pepper and add the wine. Can be placed in parallel to cook spaghetti. When the wine has almost evaporated, add the tomatoes.

Then, olives and parsley and mix well again very carefully so as not to turn the fish in the sauce! Let a little juice has evaporated and can be removed!
Carefully spread on pasta.
